Recommended Printer Settings

Quality	Best / High	Select the highest quality option in your printer settings for crisp text and clean lines.
Color	Color or Grayscale	Our calendars look great in both color and grayscale. Use grayscale to save ink.
Margins	None or Minimum	Set margins to "None" or the minimum allowed for borderless printing.
Paper Type	80-120 gsm	Standard 80gsm paper works fine. For a premium feel, use 100-120gsm paper or cardstock.

Troubleshooting

❓ Calendar is cut off at the edges

✅ Set scaling to "Fit to Page" and margins to "None" in your print dialog.

❓ Print is blurry or pixelated

✅ Make sure you are printing the PDF version, not a screenshot. Our PDFs are 300 DPI for studio-quality output.

❓ Colors look different from screen

✅ This is normal — screens use RGB while printers use CMYK. The difference is usually minor.

❓ Calendar prints in portrait instead of landscape

✅ Check the orientation setting in your print dialog. Select "Landscape" explicitly.

❓ I want to print on both sides

✅ Enable "Duplex" or "Two-sided printing" in your printer settings. Great for monthly planners!
